Sailor Moon Star was Princess Serenity's sailor form during the Silver Millennium. She was secretly jealous that the other princesses were guardians and so she made an outfit that was similar to their Sailor Fuku. Sailor Moon Star only made one appearance on the moon and has yet to be seen in Twilight Senshi. It's unlikely that she will make a formal appearance, but it's likely that she will be seen in flashback.
