Sailor Light is a caring person that want to be like her mother, Queen Serenity.  She's never been good with many spells, even though she uses them for her attacks.

Here's a question that was asked followed by my answer:

WHY is Bella calling Queen Serenity, and now Marcus, her parents? What about Charlie and Renee? She's the REINCARNATION of Marcus and Serenity's daughter, but everything in her DNA is still all Charlie and Renee's who are her parents NOW. Unless the reincarnation spell Queen Serenity used completely overwrite Bella's DNA so she inherited NOTHING from Charlie and Renee's DNA, and everything in her DNA is still Serenity and Marcus. But still that's not fair. Renee's the one who carried her inside HER body for 9 months, went through HOURS of labor pains bringing Bella into the world, loved and raised her all these years, etc. Only for said daughter to suddenly rediscover her PAST life memories and responsibilities and family and refer to OTHER people as her parents to everyone who know her secret identity like the biological parents she has NOW no long matter to her?

For the record, I had the same thought when I watched Sailor Moon. The thing is, her DNA is Charlie and Renee's, but her spirit/soul is the daughter of King Kronos (Marcus) and Queen Serenity. Charlie and Renee are her dad and mom, but she still has a connection to Kronos and Queen Serenity so when she addresses them, she becomes Serenity for a moment. That's why (if you pay attention) Charlie and Renee are "Dad" and "Mom" (respectively), but Kronos and Queen Serenity are "Father" and "Mother".
