Sailor Shine is a young, but mature, girl from the future. In her time, she's known as Small Lady or Lady Serenity. She refuses to be called a princess because she feels that she's not old enough to be a princess and she's only received etiquette lessons. She stated that she'll be Princess Serenity III when she passes Princess Training.

In the present, she helps Sailor Light fight off evil.
