Beru: *Reading over it* What is this?

I’ll admit it’s not my best work, but it was a thought and I wrote it down. I kinda like it.

Beru: Of course you would. Your favorite character is Black Mist, followed closely by Vector.

I like scary and freaky things. So what?

Astral: Do you want that list in alphabetical or descending order of scariness?

...That’s real funny.

I was walking home pretty late, but that’s only because the business meeting went a little over. Yuma and Astral were probably watching ESPer Star Robin already. It was kinda darker than normal, but I just brushed it off. Now that I think about it, I should have called Akari pick me up and taken the dark sky as a bad omen.

It wasn’t until I got near 7th street that I felt like I was being followed. I continuously looked back, but no one was there. I was a little scared, so I started walking faster. Whoever they were, they kept up with me. I looked back again and I thought I saw somthing. It looked like a tall and thin man in dark clothes. I closed my eyes hoping it was just me. When I opened them, it was gone.

I knew it wasn’t a trick. I tried calling Akari, but my D-Gazer wasn’t working. It was showing static. I couldn’t even see my contacts list.

"If only pay phones weren’t a myth.”

I kept walking. I knew someone was following me even if I didn’t hear the footsteps. I was getting too scared to control my legs. They started running on their own. I didn’t know why I was scared or what I was running from. Something in me just knew that I had to run. I made the mistake of looking back again.

This time I saw that the man had no face. It was the Slender Man! I kept running and now I was trying to force out a scream. No sound would come out, but I kept panting. I must have been so scared my voice stopped working.

Suddenly, I felt one of his tendrils on my leg. This was it for me. I let out a whimper as the tendril wrapped around me.

"Hahahahahaha!! I can’t believe you were scared by a myth! Hahahaha!”

I opened an eye. In front of me wasn’t the Slender Man, it was Black Mist. I was so upset.

"What the heck were you doing? Don’t you know better than to scared someone at night? Especial when that someone is a girl that gets temperamental when she’s tired!”

Black Mist set me down and I forced him back in his card. I continued walking home, wanting to Yuma about this.

I liked how this turned out.

Astral: What were you listening to when you wrote this?

I was listening to the Slender Man song, I’m not sure who sung it, and Slender by Hatsune Miku. I also played a little Slender game to get me in the mood.

Beru: *Curled up in emo corner*

Astral: Why did you let her play that game?

I didn’t. She watched. There were other endings, but I decided to go with this because it made more sense after the research I did on Slenderman. Here are the other endings:

Stays at Shark’s house for the night (HE would still come for her though and possibly Shark)

Just a dream (This means that HE’s coming for you)

A dream that Misto created for fun (This would have involved killing her to wake her up)

Slendy is really Misto (Self-explanatory)
